Prism is provided as a service. You own the research outputs produced for your stimuli. We do not train on your stimuli. We retain aggregate calibration statistics only. You may cancel at any time; unused paid test credits refund pro-rata.

We provide no warranty that any given check will accurately reflect real-world buyer behaviour. Published cluster accuracy scores on /validation are our best honest estimate, not a guarantee of performance on any specific decision. You remain responsible for the decisions you ship on the basis of any check or piece of feedback, ours or otherwise.
